Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase on CreatorGPT. By completing a payment you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

1.Our Policy

All payments made to Bluetik for CreatorGPT subscriptions and services are strictly non-refundable.

We maintain a no-refund policy for all purchases made on the CreatorGPT platform. By completing a payment you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. This applies to all subscription plans, one-time purchases, and designer booking fees. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact bluetiksocial@gmail.com before completing your transaction.

2.Subscription Plans

CreatorGPT offers five monthly subscription plans: Free (₹0/month, 5 generations), Starter (₹999/month, 100 generations), Growth (₹2,999/month, 500 generations), Pro (₹6,999/month, 2,000 generations), and Agency (₹14,999/month, unlimited generations). There are no refunds for: unused generation credits remaining at the end of a billing cycle; mid-cycle cancellations; selecting an incorrect plan or accidentally upgrading; dissatisfaction with the quality, tone, or accuracy of AI-generated content. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active and fully accessible until the end of the current billing cycle and will not automatically renew thereafter.

3.Designer Bookings

Designer booking sessions are charged at ₹250 per hour and are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed and the session time has been scheduled. If Bluetik is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances on our side, any payment made for that session will be credited to your CreatorGPT account as a service credit valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Service credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be applied towards subscription renewals.

4.Exceptions and Disputes

We do not make exceptions to this refund policy. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us in good faith, your CreatorGPT account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. If you believe you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for a plan you did not select — please report it within 7 days of the transaction to bluetiksocial@gmail.com with your Razorpay order ID and a description of the issue. Erroneous charges reported within this window will be investigated and refunded if confirmed.
