Cookie Policy

This policy describes exactly which cookies CreatorGPT sets, what each one does, and how you can control them. We use only what is necessary — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

1.What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — so you do not have to re-enter it on every page. CreatorGPT uses a minimal set of cookies strictly limited to what is needed to operate the platform and understand how it is being used.

2.Essential Cookies (Always Active)

These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. Without them you cannot log in or use any feature. They cannot be disabled. Supabase sets two session cookies — sb-access-token (a short-lived JWT that authenticates your requests) and sb-refresh-token (a longer-lived token used to obtain a new access token without requiring you to log in again). Both are HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. They expire when your session ends or after the configured token lifetime, whichever comes first. No personal data beyond your session identifier is stored in these cookies.

3.Analytics Cookies (PostHog)

We use PostHog to understand how users navigate CreatorGPT — which features are used most, where users drop off, and how the product can be improved. PostHog sets a first-party cookie (ph_<project_key>_posthog) that contains a randomly generated anonymous identifier. It does not contain your name, email address, or any directly identifying information. The cookie persists for up to one year. You can opt out of PostHog analytics at any time by emailing bluetiksocial@gmail.com with the subject line "Analytics Opt-Out". We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising analytics service.

4.Error Monitoring (Sentry)

Sentry captures crash reports and performance diagnostics to help us fix bugs quickly. It may set a short-lived session cookie or store a small amount of data in sessionStorage to correlate errors across page loads within a single browsing session. This data is used exclusively for debugging and is never used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Sentry data is retained for 90 days.

5.Cookies We Do Not Use

CreatorGPT does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking technology that follows you across other websites. We do not use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or any equivalent service. We do not sell or share cookie data with data brokers or advertising networks.

6.Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting essential Supabase cookies will sign you out of CreatorGPT. To disable analytics cookies without affecting your login, email bluetiksocial@gmail.com with the subject line "Analytics Opt-Out" and we will exclude your identifier from PostHog processing. Most modern browsers also support the Do Not Track (DNT) header; PostHog respects this signal when it is present.

7.Changes to This Policy

If we add new cookies or change the purpose of existing ones, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date below. For material changes — such as adding advertising cookies — we will notify users by email and, where required by law, obtain fresh consent before activating them.
