Cookie Policy

1.What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and collect anonymised usage statistics. Local storage is a similar browser mechanism that stores data on your device but is never automatically sent to our servers. CreatorGPT uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries — only those that are strictly necessary for the Platform to function or that help us improve it.
2.Essential Cookies
CreatorGPT sets two authentication cookies issued by Supabase: sb-access-token (stores your encrypted session JWT, expires after 1 hour and is refreshed automatically) and sb-refresh-token (stores a long-lived token used to renew your session, expires after 30 days). These cookies are strictly necessary to keep you logged in while using the Platform. They cannot be disabled — disabling them would prevent you from authenticating. No personal data beyond your session identifier is stored in these cookies.
3.Analytics Cookies (PostHog)
We use PostHog to understand how users interact with CreatorGPT — which features are used, where users drop off, and how the Platform performs across devices. PostHog sets cookies prefixed with ph_ (for example ph_distinct_id and ph_session_recording) and uses anonymised identifiers — it does not associate your activity with your name or email without your explicit identification. All analytics data is processed without linking it to personally identifiable information. You may opt out of PostHog analytics at any time by emailing bluetiksocial@gmail.com with the subject "Cookie Opt-Out".
4.Error Monitoring (Sentry)
We use Sentry for real-time error monitoring and crash reporting. When an unhandled error occurs in your browser session, Sentry captures a diagnostic report including the error stack trace, the page URL at the time of the error, and anonymised session metadata. Sentry does not set persistent tracking cookies; it uses a short-lived session identifier only during error capture. The data it collects is used solely to fix bugs and improve Platform stability.
5.Local Storage
CreatorGPT stores two items in your browser's local storage: campaign_context_collapsed (a boolean that remembers whether you have collapsed the campaign context panel — your preference stays set between sessions) and bluai_color_prefs (your saved brand colour preferences within the generate flow). These items never leave your device and are never transmitted to our servers. They are cleared automatically when you clear your browser's site data or uninstall the browser.
6.What We Do Not Use
CreatorGPT is entirely ad-free. We do not set advertising cookies of any kind. Specifically, we do not use: Facebook Pixel or Meta tracking scripts, Google Ads or Google Analytics tags, Twitter or LinkedIn insight tags, cross-site fingerprinting or browser fingerprinting techniques, third-party behavioural targeting networks. Our PostHog analytics instance is self-configured to minimise data collection and does not share data with advertising networks.
7.Your Choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies; note that blocking essential Supabase cookies will prevent you from logging in. To opt out of PostHog analytics specifically, email bluetiksocial@gmail.com with the subject line "Cookie Opt-Out" and your registered email address. We will add you to our analytics exclusion list within 2 business days. You can also clear local storage at any time via your browser's developer tools or site settings without affecting your ability to use the Platform.
8.Contact
If you have questions about our use of cookies or local storage, or wish to exercise your opt-out rights, please contact: Bluetik, Kochi, Kerala, India. Email: bluetiksocial@gmail.com. We will respond within 2 business days.
